Monsoon Again...

It was a lazy sunday....12 in the noon...as usual I was engrossed in my story book world and struggling to solve a murder mystery...trying to find all the clues and connect them to create my own world of murder stories...naturally I did not have any intention to look for any other things happening in this world...suddenly a loud peal of thunder struck my attention...it was so loud that it could break all the thick smoke of my mystifying murder world and could pull me out of my detective hat...I took a glance through my window and to my awe the sky was covered with tar black devilish clouds...and they are roaring continuously...as if they were so angry that I ignored their black beauty since so long...oh I am so sorry for that...
But...it was so appallingly beautiful....it was looking like the sky has adorned with a black dress all over....the flashes of lightening were enhancing its beauty...
Surprisingly, I totally came out of my sherlock hat and totally absorbed with the aesthetic beauty of this awesome nature....
Soon it started drizzling...the pearl drops of rain was creating its soothing pittering-pattering music...the sound was so tranquilizing that it could appease the most fidgety mind....the tree branches were thrashing each other as if they were dancing with joy and greeting nature's one of the most bewitching season....Monsoon......
The enticing aromatic smell of wet soil was mesmerizing...and inundating all over...
Refreshing wind was caressing my face with splashing raindrops and the cool breeze was fingering my hair...
I looked up in the rain and took a deep breathe...my mind started dancing with ecstasy...I could feel the child like smile appeared on my face....I could dreamt of dancing myself on the slosh of puddles....I could only hear one and only alluring noise of drizzle pattering softly on my face...
The exhilarating lush shade of green everywhere was mollifying my soul...
I was giggling...smiling...enjoying like an innocent child....it rejuvenated me with inexplicable bliss...
Finally...its time for a hot cup of tea...and to company it with hot pakodas....:)))
Its Monsoon time again.....

Spring is Here

Are you able to hear the sweet and melodious songs of cuckoos, twittering over the green twigs...
Are you able to see the swarm of bees humming around the blooming flowers......the freshly hatched butterflies flying towards sunshine...the green meadows everywhere with budding, beautiful, colorful and fresh flowers?
Are you able to feel the soft touch of fresh cool breeze with the music of soils?
Then you know, the enchanting, lovely and hopeful Spring is here......

As Robin Williams says, "Spring is nature's way of saying, "Let's party!"
Spring is the season of new beginnings. Buds of flowers peep to see the beautiful sight of nature. Flowers spread their sweet smell in all directions. Earth seems to come to life again wearing a green dress. The trees bring new leaves on their delicate branches. The fields grow new grass and the entire Nature becomes green and fresh-looking. Farmers and gardeners plant their seeds, and temperatures slowly rise.
It is full of transformations. The temperature rises to a more bearable degree, opposing Mother Nature's last few months of freezing surroundings. The leaves we saw fall and flowers we saw wilt are now budding into lush, green, picture-perfect plants.

It is a grand feast for our nature loving hungry eyes to capture the blithe and happy nature in it's full bloom....Here I represent Spring in my way....

Through The Lens

The Victoria Memorial, officially the Victoria Memorial Hall, is a memorial building dedicated to Victoria, Empress of India, which is located in Kolkata, India – the capital of West Bengal and a former capital of British India

History and confusion related to any place is never ending.... Another thing which is never ending about these places are the beauty.... British ruled India for 200 long years.... they have taken a lot many things from India but also gifted some valuable gifts one of them is Victoria Memorial..... carrying its own culture and historical importance....
When it is about importance ,then i must tell you, these place is quite famous among the youngsters specially  for couples, the environment and the museum inside the palace are the main attraction of this place.....

The memorial was designed by Sir William Emerson using Indo-Saracenic style, incorporating Mughal elements in the structure. Lord Redesdale and Sir David Prain designed the gardens.

Flowers... are a proud assertion that a ray of beauty out-values all the utilities of the world.
flowers one of the most beautiful creature in the world which can bring smile to anyone's face instantly......

Earth laughs in flowers.  ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Anne Frank said it right...The below calf has just started getting familiar with this world...and it already understood the rule of living life...
"The weak die out and the strong will survive, and will live on forever"
It left it's mother and started looking for food to survive on it's own...the below snap is so fresh and innocently projected....

Innocence Personified

Victoria Memorial never gets tired to surprise us with it's view.....

Nature At It's Best

Monsoon

Have you ever heard the sound of rain???...The pattering on the tin roof...in an empty bucket...on the tree leaves....If you have not, you are missing one of the sweetest music of all...
Have you ever tried singing in the rain or dancing in the rain???...If you have not you are missing one of the most glorious feeling..the feeling is inexplicably beautiful....
Have you ever tried smelling(don't be shocked..I am saying it correctly...smelling rain!!!!) rain???...If not, you are missing the sweetest...powerful, fresh and most evocative smell....
Have you ever tried looking up in the rain rather than lowing down your head and hiding behind an umbrella???...If you have not, you are missing one of the most beautiful scenic beauty....
Have you ever felt the kiss of rain on your eyelashes???....
Have you ever felt when the drizzles caresses your face with the breeze fingers your hair....If you have not yet...just try it...I bet you are truly missing the most amazing feeling in the world...

The first drops of rain always bring a smile on our faces....the smell of wet soil, the damp grass, and the slosh of puddles under our feet make us want to dance with wanton joy.....Rains make a heart go romantic...

Rain is like blessing of God which helps you to wipe out the bad from the good...sorrow from happiness...pain from joy....I bet drenching in the rain can bring the true emotions out from the most unemotional person....it brings out the child inside you, it brings out a totally different person from you...it gives you the freedom to enjoy nature at it's best...

Sherwood Smith said it so correctly..."The only noise now is the rain, pattering softly with the magnificent indifference of nature for the tangled passions of humans."
I really feel rain helps you to express the unexpressed emotions, it gives you the inner strength to fight back and live life in a new way...so like Langston Hughes said "Let the rain kiss you. Let the rain beat upon your head with silver liquid drops. Let the rain sing you a lullaby."

As Roger Miller said.."Some people walk in the rain and others just get wet"...it is your perception how you take it...I walk in the rain but not as Charlie Chaplin said "I like walking in the rain, so no one can see my tears"...well I like walking in the rain too but it is not because of tears, but because it gives me immense joy to feel the rain...

I remember a poem that I read on some poetry site written by some unknown poet BeeJay...
Little droplets startle parched earth
Lips cracked, dry blood form spreading stain
Somewhere a few strains of music
Drifting over a tea –stop bridge
Heat, wind and the rocks…hot
So too mind, body & flock
The guardian without a staff
The rain a distant thought
Now smells of waste and good earth
Mingle with fire, smoke and grey clouds
The gathering of the first rain
As much drama as on a first date
Will it or wont it
Humid , sweaty , grime lines below chin
Hands outstretched, waiting….
And then the downpour
With the wind playing with the leaf,
The vein lets bathed with water drops, overflowing
With the freshness of green
So much of the mind no longer mean
Arms outstretched, staff fallen by the wayside
The shepherd and his flock
In awe of the lashing rain, pure are the faces
Of man and beast,
In the midst of my first monsoon rain...

I could visualize the same after seeing the below snap...
