Prawn Mayonnaise
It is time for some yummy delicacies....I had this dish at Mocambo, Kolkata's one of the best Continental Restaurant...the mayonnaise sauce, smashed egg yolk with teriyaki addition...fresh prawn, sauteed fresh vegetables had made it a perfect finger licking dish....you can taste the freshness of the prawns with every bite...the sweet and sour teriyaki sauce when gets blended with the smashed egg yolks, sauteed vegetables in mayonnaise and fresh marinated prawns..it just creates fireworks of a heavenly tastes and and you are ought to be enticed by this...
